Stephen W. Sagon - President and CEO
Mr. Sagon became president and CEO in February 2005. He has spent over 24 years in development, marketing, sales and general management of medical devices including 16 years in the cardiac rhythm (electrophysiology) and catheter ablation field. From 1996 to 2003 Mr. Sagon served as General Manager and then President of the Bard Electrophysiology Division. Under Mr. Sagon's direction that division became the market leader for electrophysiology diagnostic catheters and recording systems and grew to 600 employees and nearly $90 million in sales. More recently, Mr. Sagon served as Executive Vice President of CardioNet, an early stage company developing and supplying systems for remote monitoring of cardiac arrhythmia patients. Mr. Sagon holds a J.D. from Emory University and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College .

Jerry Melsky - Vice President of Engineering
Prior to joining CardioFocus in April 2002, Mr. Melsky was Director of Engineering for Act Medical / Med Source Technologies, Inc., a highly regarded contract developer of disposable medical devices. He was previously Founder and VP of Engineering for Therex Corporation, a supplier of implantable drug pumps since acquired by Arrow International. He holds numerous patents in medical device designs. Mr. Melsky holds a B.S and M.S. in mechanical engineering from M.I.T.

Burke T Barrett - Vice President, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs
Immediately prior to joining CardioFocus, Mr. Barrett was Vice President of Clinical Operations at Cyberkinetics Neurotechnology Systems, Inc., a public medical device company that is a leader in the development of brain-computer interfaces. Prior to joining Cyberkinetics in 2003, Mr. Barrett was Vice President, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at CardioFocus, Inc., a developer of laser-based cardiac treatments. From 1997 - 2002, Mr. Barrett held various positions at Cyberonics, Inc., including Vice President, Business and Technology Development. Mr. Barrett was responsible for a number of IDE trials as well as for the process of finding new applications for Cyberonics' technology. Previously, Mr. Barrett held positions in business development, clinical and regulatory affairs at Biofield Corporation, Dornier Medical Systems and Bausch & Lomb. Mr. Barrett received Bachelors Degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Kennesaw University in Atlanta , GA.

Anjie Roldan - Vice President of Finance and Administration
Anjie Roldan joined CardioFocus, Inc. in 2001 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration in 2007. Prior to joining CardioFocus, Ms. Roldan was the Accounting Manager for Logistics.com, an ICG company. She has spent most of her career with start-up companies assisting with financing efforts, mergers and acquisitions and growth positioning. Ms. Roldan received her B.S. from Johnson & Wales University and her M.B.A. from Bryant College.

Brian K. Estabrook - Vice President of Operations
Mr. Estabrook joined CardioFocus in 2004 as Director of Research and Development. He then assumed the operations group’s leadership role in early 2007. Mr. Estabrook served as Vice President of Research and Development with Biolink, Inc. with research efforts focused on innovative dialysis access and infection control products. During his tenure as Manager of Mechanical & Ultrasonic Engineering for Ultracision, Inc., the engineering team developed the Harmonic™ Scalpel product line. Ultracision was then acquired by Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Mr. Estabrook also invested 8 years of his early career with General Electric in their Armament Systems Division in Burlington Vermont where he served as Project Engineer and team leader for various development and production systems. Mr. Estabrook received his B.S. from University of Massachusetts in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Automation.
